01.01.2022 Morning stretches I’ve had SO many emotions lately & I’ve found that adding in morning stretches & a tone of exercise has really helped to quiet my crazy ass mind. I really struggle not being able to work (I’m a freak that had 3 jobs) but I’m so grateful to have the space to be able to do this. Also, for the @wardsgym online workouts, that got me feeling tight AF this morning
