With two in three Australians diagnosed with skin cancer by age 70, the action week is an important reminder to use sun protection and of the importance of early skin cancer detection for all Australians. 12.01.2022 Born in Pakistan, Dr Muhammad Raza completed his MBBS in 1990 from King Edward Medical College. He worked as a General Practitioner, providing quality health care to the rural communities of Pakistan. In 1999, he was prestigiously awarded the Fellowship of Physicians and Surgeons, permitting him to work in the Emergency Departments of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Before obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons in Ireland (2001). Since arriving in Australia (200...3), Dr Raza has worked in Blacktown, Mt Druit and Shellharbour as well as passed his Australia Medical Council (2005), obtained a Diploma FRACGP (from Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) and was a Senior School of Medicine Lecturer at The University of Wollongong. He is now expanding his scope and providing his expertise to the Warilla area with the opening of Warilla Medical Centre. See more
