This year being our first, we will be taking orders for our popular Christmas bone in hams along with a variety of roast options such as whole turkey or turkey breast roll , season stuff whole chickens, boned and rolled stuffed pork loin roast and much more! ... In the next few days will be posting a complete order form for those that can't make it into the shop we are just waiting on a few more prices from our suppliers. ***But ! Please note that due to covid this year , many suppliers have been left with low stock levels. So please get your orders in as soon as you can to avoid disappointment!

14.01.2022 The Charollais sheep breed originated from the Charolles area in East Central France, in the same region as the Charolais cattle. The Charollais sheep is renowned for its easy lambing ability, quick growth rates and high dressing out percentages. The carcass is highly muscled and lean without excess subcutaneous fat resulting in large areas of primal cuts. It’s not everyday the consumer is able to buy lamb of this quality and age. The final product has been described as mild and sweet with a buttery texture. It is very clean on the palate and not gamey or greasy. The perfect meat for home cooks and chefs alike. Warooka country meats is proud to be stocking Germein Farm Charolles for a limited time only! so make sure you get some highly sought after prime Charollais lamb today!

14.01.2022 We have got 3 Germein Farm Charollais left for the year and when they are gone that is it!!! (Until next June) so if you are thinking about trying this delicious prime Lamb or would love another meal of loin chops or a beautiful roast for Sunday get in and reserve your lamb today or Saturday morning as there is a good chance they will not last the weekend!
