Due to our current expansion, we are seeking an experienced livestock overseer. This position will create many opportunities to expand your knowledge of stock in the feedlot industry, aswell as breeding and backgrounding.... In this role you will be required to undertake the day to day operations and responsibilities associated with a 1000 head cattle feedlot and 4000 head sheep feedlot. These duties will include but are not limited to: - Inducting - Weighing - Drafting - Animal health - Mustering with bikes and helicopter. Must have= -MC licence. -TOA tipper experience . -Able to load and unload various Ag commodities.... Advantage= -Stepdeck widener with experience moving machinery. -B-double cattle stock float experience. -Mechanically minded. Warra Partnership operate a mixed farming operation including a cattle and sheep feedlot. Duties will include, but not limited to, transport of hay and grain into feedlot, movement of machinery between properties, cleaning and maintenance of truck and trailers. Wage negotiable dependant on experience. Position can lead to full time for right person.
