13.01.2022 Hi everyone. No doubt some of you have heard about Peter Berkshire who had a heart attack and died on the cricket field yesterday. Peter was an Association Executive an Umpire and a player for Mitchell Park. I think we should all wear black armbands next week as a mark of respect. 07.01.2022 COVID-19 Update Suspension of Games & Training At this stage it is for 2 weeks so no Round 5 and No T20s tonight and next Tuesday (24/11).... Round 5 will be a draw. The Tuesday Night schedule is very full and it is likely the T20s will also be draws. The Adelaide and Suburban Cricket Association Executive wish to advise that in accordance with the Direction from SA Government that has been made this afternoon (Tuesday 16th Nov) ALL ASCA Matches are Temporarily Cancelled. This announcement has been made for a period of Two Weeks at this point in time. The Government has also advised that ALL Indoor & Outdoor Trainings are Temporarily Cancelled for a period of Two Weeks. While this is a disappointing outcome for everyone, it is vital that we rally together and abide by these Government Restrictions. Please stay safe and keep in contact with your club mates as this will be a extremely tough time for some people. Thanks Adelaide & Suburban Executive Committee

06.01.2022 HI everyone. To kickstart the 2021 part of the season this Saturday night we have a couple of special events. Braedon Tonkin will be making an appearance and he is having a farewell show at the club Saturday before he moves to Darwin permanently with his lovely partner Ebony. In addition Dave Palmer achieved the 50 year old milestone last week so he will be having a show at the club Saturday night as well. If thats not enough there is a strong likelihood of money on the bar ...from 8pm until it runs out. Please get down there Saturday night to have a drink with these boys. Both are 100 game plus players with the club (plus a lot more for Mary) so they deserve your support. Hope to see you there!!!
