25.01.2022 The Ladies division held their A Grade Singles final today under sunny conditions and with a easterly wind of about 20klm blowing Pat Hammond and Glynis Mitchell battled it out for over 2 Hours with a final score of 21/25 With Pat Hammond being the Winner This was a game I would have paid to watch as the heads were so close each end Well done

21.01.2022 Twilight bowls has started again on Wednesday nights. Last Wednesday we welcomed two new members to WBC. A big welcome to Cheryl Parker and Victor Boscoe. We are thrilled to have you as part of our club.

There will be a trough of water mixed with disinfectant near the locker room. When you have a roll, please dunk the mat and jack in this water before and after your roll. The hand sanitiser is also there for your use.... Please also make sure you sign in and out times on the sheet in the locker room, and also include the rink you rolled up on. See more

15.01.2022 Hi everyone we will be commencing Thursday pairs from next Thursday September 24th. 12:30pm start, names in by 10:30am. There will be two games of 14 ends 3 bowl pairs .Please note these games will be played consecutively. No afternoon tea. We are restricted to 10 people in each of our 2 areas. MASKS MUST BE WORN. Social distancing rules apply. Get your name on the entry sheet in the foyer and let’s hope for some lovely weather.

04.01.2022 1st day of October! The sun was shining, the skies were blue, and there were plenty of bowlers chomping at the bit to bowl. And bowl they did. Adhering to social distancing and having to wear masks the bowlers enjoyed a wonderful day. Two games of 10 ends, bowling 2,4,2. Let’s hope we can continue to bowl and start having some of our interclub comps.
