24.01.2022 The Warragul Cricket Club would like to announce the re-signing of current senior coach, Dan Best for the 2020/21 season. In his first season in charge Dan has made an impact at the club bringing a fresh approach and a new excitement to the playing group. Already the club has seen some great results with the Gulls winning 2x one day premierships and 2x teams making it to senior grand finals this season. ... 20.01.2022 The Warragul Cricket Club is proud to announce for the third year in a row we will be partnering with Mindfull Aus, a Not-Profit Mental Health Foundation doing tireless work in our community, training and up-skilling community in wellbeing and resilience. The Gulls will continue to use Mindfull Aus branded cricket stumps, outfield cones and build awareness through our Scoreboard branding. Resources, information to community services and access to help and support will be mad...e available to all our players and families so that we change the way mind and behavioural health is both perceived and treated in our local sporting community. 16.01.2022 The Warragul Cricket Club would like to announce the signing of Justin McCleary for the 2020/21 season. Justin brings an impressive resume to the club with his fast bowling and hard hitting talents. Previously playing at Longwarry, Moorooduc and Mornington Justin brings a wealth of experience and will take on the role of bowling coach for the season ahead. With a very talented young list the Gulls are excited for the season ahead, and with the inclusion of Justin we can loo...k to further develop the playing group and push for a finals berth. We welcome Justin, Ebb, Lara and Max to the club and wish you all the best for the coming season.

Michael at 22yo comes to The Gulls as an exciting young prospect with a bright future in front of him. 10.01.2022 It is with great excitement the Warragul Cricket Club would like to announce the signing of Matt Wakefield to the Gulls. Matt a class act top order batsman who has 7 centuries and thousands of runs to his name will join the Gulls for season 20/21. Matt will also take on a leadership role as batting development coach along with the vice captaincy. Matt’s talent and experience will go a long way to help further develop our younger guys, Matt will also play a massive part in... the Gulls ultimate goal of returning back into division 1.
