04.01.2022 KEN TOWT WINS LONGWARRY 2020/21 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP Ken Towt has won his first Club Championship after defeating Grant Pask in a closely contested final on Saturday afternoon. To make the final, Ken defeated Club President and past champion Slim Eastwell in one Semi Final and Grant defeated past champion Ken White in the other.... The final started evenly with scores level 2/2 after four ends. Ken then picked up 12 shots in the next 8 ends to take a 13/5 lead, Grant worked hard to get back into the game to level the scores at 15 all after 18 ends, but then Ken was too strong in the run home, winning 25/18 to be crowned Club Champion for 2020/21.
