18.01.2022 OSTEOPATHY AND PREGNANCY Many pregnant women find Osteopathy helpful during their pregnancy to maintain strength, range of motion, and reduce muscle and ligament strain. Some common presentations during pregnancy we often see in our clinic include low back and pelvic girdle pain, referred buttock or leg pain or sciatica, reflux, ‘tight’ rib cage or difficulty taking a breath. ... Our Osteopaths can use a specially designed pregnancy cushion so you can lie on your tummy right up until your due date. Patients must meet criteria for experiencing pain and symptoms that, if left untreated, would otherwise escalate or become worse. If you are in pain- and it’s effecting what you need to do- please call our clinic to determine if you meet this criteria and we’ll try to find an appointment for you. X

03.01.2022 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dusties Netball Legend and current B-Grade Coach Liza Pharaoh. Liza joined the club in 2000 and went on ...to play over 350 games, she was a multiple premiership coach and player and is recognized as a life member, her accomplishments at the club are nothing short of astounding. Liza was a true champion and phenomenal on the court, she led by example and put her body on the line week in week out, she was courageous and as tough as they come, her leadership and knowledge will be sorely missed! It was not only a privilege to have Liza in our club, but it was an honor to have her in our lives for so many years. Liza, we will miss you so much! Life will go on, but it will never be the same again. We send our thoughts and prayers to Carol, Pete, Jody, Geoff and the boys and to the many people who were lucky enough to be friends with her. She leaves behind a legacy which will last forever! Rest in Peace, Liza Pharaoh.
