15.01.2022 GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING TO FACE TO FACE WORSHIP THIS SUNDAY! (29th November 2020) 1. The time for worship is restricted to 90 minutes. Attendees are not to gather before or after services and are to leave promptly at the completion of the service. We ask that you do not arrive prior to 9:15am and that if you wish to catch up with each other after the service, you organise to do this at a different location. The premises will need to be vacated by 11am.... 2. Everyone will be required to electronically sign in and sanitise hands upon arrival. There ushers will be in attendance to assist you in this process whether you have a smart phone or not. 3. Social distancing of 1.5 metres must be maintained. 4. Whilst we are meeting outside, facemasks will still be a required. Congregational singing is permitted, but masks must remain in place. 5. Seating is unable to be provided, so you will need to bring your own chair/seating. Some shade cover will be provided, however, we do recommend that you bring your own umbrellas/sun shades/hats to ensure you have cover if needed. We also recommend that you bring a bottle of water, particularly on warmer days. 6. Due to strict cleaning guidelines, the only access to the hall will be for the use of toilets. 7. No food is to be shared, either inside or outside, at any Corps facility for any permitted activity, therefore, morning tea is not permitted during or after gathered worship. 8. We will continue to video sermons and upload to YouTube. In the event of wet weather or extreme heat, attendees will be notified at 8:00am on Sunday via text message that face to face worship will be cancelled, but online will be available. These are legal requirements that we have to meet to be able to join in worship together, so please be aware that failure to comply with the above measures will result in you being asked to leave. There is a very real possibility that if we fail to meet all regulations and restrictions, we will be closed down which would mean returning to online worship only. Finally, this is about having the opportunity to meet together and join in worship of God. Because you will be sitting in relaxed seating and walking down the ramps to the carpark, please don’t feel that you need to come in uniform.
