We celebrate our amazing people through creating our values-driven working environment, through regular events like the annual TLC Staff Appreciation Day in January each year and programs like the TLC 100 Days of Health. So, at TLC, Aged Care Employee Day is yet another opportunity to thank our i...ncredible teams for the care you provide our residents and patients each and every day. TLC would not be the successful organisation it is today without the exceptional dedication of our valued Team of amazing staff. Please stay strong and vigilant in your wonderful efforts to provide amazing care for our valued residents and patients, in this challenging environment. Stay safe and look after each other. 11.01.2022 Remembrance Day is observed on 11 November in most countries to recall the end of hostilities of First World War on that date, in 1918. It honours the sacrifice and loss of those who have served during wartime to defend our freedom and democracy. Many of our residents at TLC Aged Care either served or have family and friends who have served. The story of Remembrance Day is one of service and care for each other. It is this story with which the TLC community connects to the... ethos and meaning of Remembrance Day through our Mission and Values. This has been epitomised throughout this year as we have worked tirelessly to keep our residents, patients and each other safe and well. Lest We Forget.
