22.01.2022 The bank of the mighty Murray at knock-off time for our hardworking beekeeping team

20.01.2022 We are so dang excited to fully roll out our new Warral Maldon labels for all our customers across our entire table honey range come January - here's a little sneak peak on the first day of labelling!

16.01.2022 What a wonderful slice of Warral's history - a letter from our current owner Lindsay's great-great grandfather Edward Teague Penglase who seemed to have got himself into a difficult spot with his hives in a year with a tough drought. It reads: JH Kelly esq. ... 25/2/(18)96 Dear sir, I am sorry I cannot pay my account just at present for the season has been so bad that I have earned very little money this last 8 months and I have made nothing out of my bee's. I am honest and I will reduce the account as soon as I can. Hoping you will accept this explanation. I remain yours truly, ET Penglase See more

13.01.2022 Fantastic to be working with Bee Scientifics on our latest queen breeding program, a vital component in almost doubling our fleet of hives to over 4,000 in the next couple of years

10.01.2022 Here's a spot of history for you - a little Lindsay already in the bee business circa 1977 at the Apimondia Congress event in Adelaide, one of the largest events on an apiarist's calendar . The name Apimondia is a compound word; from api, referring to honey bees, and mondia, meaning 'the world'. So you could also call it BEE WORLD - no wonder Lindsay loved it!

08.01.2022 We're so pleased to have this promotional barrel restored and on display in our new gift shop. Made by Lindsay's father Roger in the 80s, it was on display at markets and shows - a testament to his innovative approach to marketing and selling his honey. Our gift shop is back from tomorrow, open every week day from 10am to 3pm. We hope to see you soon!

08.01.2022 It's good to be back! Team Warral Maldon is back with full hands on deck this week at our Maldon HQ. Our gift shop is also back open, weekdays 10am to 3pm - see you soon!

07.01.2022 "It's all about the honey today..." That's every day for us but this honey-centric Aussie baklava looks absolutely amazing. Happy Friday, all!

04.01.2022 While visiting an old Warral friend on whose farm we've been placing our bees since the 80s, this little fella flew into our open truck door. Put him back into a tree and he was alright

04.01.2022 Always time for a cuppa when on our beekeeping missions

03.01.2022 The sun is setting on a busy and rewarding pollination season, with the hives as full as can be! We may no longer need masks anymore, especially up here in NSW but they sure are handy to slow down the hay fever...

01.01.2022 Five generations of shifting bees - though it has got a little more high-tech during those 125 years! This one of Lindsay's dad in the mid 1980s.

01.01.2022 Our new hives being placed in their new temporary home out in the field, ready to grow and allow their buzzing residents to get on with do what what they do best
