22.01.2022 This is a great example of Halasana - Plough Pose. Notice the arms are strong as are the legs. To experience this pose there are variations that you can use to suit your own body. For example legs wide and/or knees bent. It's important to be mindful of protecting the neck here too. Warranwood yoga has classes this Wednesday 10am and 7.30pm. See you on the mat!

11.01.2022 Good News For Every Body!!! We have a class starting for Term 2. Wednesday morning 9.30-10.30am. It will be in a beautiful room at the Michael Centre in Warranwood. We are so lucky because I have managed to convince an amazing teacher (Jannin from HappyBeing Yoga) to take these classes for you. You should be very excited! The address is 37A Wellington Park Dr, Warranwood.... Also - as of next term I will be offering private classes.The sessions can be in my studio or your house, and will be designed for you to be able to learn about the practice to set you up for classes or to help you get a bit more understanding into Yoga!
