18.01.2022 Welcome to 2019, despite the extreme heat we made the first day back into the capital with a lovely mild temp of 25 degrees. Your range of seafood has returned, however due to holidays and added demand some lines of fish are not as plentiful just yet. Ling, dory,flake, local school Prawns, oysters and the tasty Eden mussels are all available. Bermagui smoke house continue to provide us with beautiful smoked fish produce. So it’s back to reality folks, Warren’s Fresh Seafoo...ds are back in town. We look forward to saying g’day and assisting with your next seafood night. Happy New Year.

06.01.2022 Well, it’s fish with Ice ? It sure was last week end in Canberra...just a touch of ice in the air falling as snow ! It was a treat to see, but thank you , we have had enough . The wind stirred up a few bream and those flathead have put on a show as well. Despite the cold and dry conditions of our state, it’s still possible to have a nice meal of fish! Why not drag out that curry dish and put your own special show on Sat night. The family will love you, ling is the hero for your curry dish. 02.01.2022 Warren’s fresh Seafoods are back on deck this Sat at your friendly Epic Farmers Market. Ling fish are back and with plenty of interest for all the curry cooks and winter warming meals. This is such a versatile fish that holds its form and texture, and loves to be oven cooked also with sauces. Why not have something like a fish pie, a curry night with this fish being the star! Beautiful fillets available now. Grenadaire , Gem fish are always a favourite too for the ‘fish and chip ‘ dish and the kids love it. But when you want to impress the family, make a statement with some tasty flathead tails. You just cannot beat them, pure fish, boneless.
