25.01.2022 Heifer calf by Warrensville Southern Cross H165 (Thor)

16.01.2022 We invite you to attend our Warrensville Annual Field Day on Tuesday 6th Feb. 25 Bulls reserved for Private Sale on this day. Representatives of Breeding Herd also displayed. No Production Sale this year. Everyone welcome.

14.01.2022 After 25 hours on a truck our new sire Gundongs Marksman M003 arrived home and 20 hours later he is ready for action. Most placid temperament in a strange place I was able to scratch his back today. I was taken with his cat like agility and weighing 1128 kgs( 25 months) a few days ago he is light on his feet and is so fluid in movement. His Breedplan figures show moderate Birth Weight +5.8 Strong growth figures +80 600 DW, adequate milk +12, and strong carcass figures EMA +4 Rib Fat +0.5 and Rump Fat +1.2. So looking forward to picking his females in the next two weeks to join him to.

12.01.2022 We are delighted to introduce our latest sire purchase soon to take up residence at Warrensville, Tycolah Power Pack M030. Selected at Tycolah, Kyan and The Cottage Annual Sale Friday for $12,000. Our sincere thanks goes to Howard Carter, Landmark, Barraba NSW who inspected and purchased him for us. Power Pack M030 is as his names suggests an extremely well muscled carcass bull rated by his breeders as "one of the thickest Hereford bulls (they) have seen."

08.01.2022 Delighted to introduce a new sire for Warrensville purchased at the Herefords Australia National Show and Sale (Dubbo). . He is Gundongs Marksman M003 and was First in Class 12 and Reserve Senior Champion Bull. Weighing in at 1094 Kg at 25 months he had a tremendous EMA Scan of 139 cms SC of 43 cms Judge David Smith. Ben Lomond NSW said he was very impressed with him as a big strong bull and the way he travels and admired him for how he carried his weight and muscle. Two very... good paternal brothers sold for $10,000 to Boobook Poll Hereford Stud and $6,000 to Wynella Poll Hereford Stud. Their sire is Days Robin Hood J183 by Days Calibre G74. His dam is Gundongs Tilly J10 by Tycolah Havoc who was by breed legend Karina Charry Z8. Looking forward to having calves on the ground next year from this great bull bred by Glenn Pugh, Gundongs Poll Hereford Stud, renown for their commercial orientation.Thankyou to Landmark's Gordon Wood for his assistance. Our second purchase was Kerlson Pines Leroy M152 an October son of Allendale Washington G82 weighing 766 Kgs Scanning 116 sq cms EMA and 41 cm SC. Leroy was Second in Class 1 and was described by Judge David Smith Palgrove Ben Lomond as having plenty of length, plenty of muscle, good bone, travels well and smooth through the front end.His breedplan figures are moderate on birth (+5.7), strong on growth (+76 600 DW)), milk (+21) and carcass traits (EMA +4.4., +0.9 IMF). Huge thanks to Stuart Adlington and Mark Wilson for delivering him home. Beautiful temperament, agility, feet and panda eyes!

01.01.2022 Yambro Conrad K56 Heifer calf at foot.

01.01.2022 The Boomerang Bull,,,, Warrensville Blue Chip J395 was purchased by our good friends Jim and Yvonne Ker, Argrennan, Naracoorte at our 2015 Sale. After seeing his impressive calves over 3 seasons he is returning home for stud duties this year at Warrensville. A superb quiet temperament, big bodied, sound footed individual, he was sired by Kidman Blue Chip Y221 who I had the privilege of awarding Junior and Grand Champion at Dubbo National in 2005 before going on to sell for the top sale price of $60,000
