Be sure to pack your licence to CHILL, take a break and enjoy everything this patch of PARADISE Warren Waters has to offer. Tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac CANAL LOCATION where dolphins are your local visitors, this BIG & BRIGHT escape HAVEN boasts absolutely everything one could desire for the perfect holiday getaway.... Take your pick of where you want to play - .... Fire up the BBQ and cook the catch of the day while you entertain in style in the secluded and very private centrally located atrium courtyard. OR Sit back and RELAX while you wind down and take in the STUNNING WATERFRONT CANAL view under the generous alfresco area where you can host one heck of a dinner party for all the crew. OR Perhaps get a little active with the kids or big kids and enjoy a game of cricket on the back lawn, take a bike ride along the foreshore on the two push bikes that are there for your use, bash a ball of totem tennis or show them all up over a spot of botchy. Throw a line or drop a pot from your private jetty and landing or jump in one of the two provided kayaks and take in the water way views as you paddle the day away.... Ease of access thru double gates to side of home and on to lawn area means you have plenty of space to park up the toys when not in use.
