25.01.2022 The Spring into Summer Challenge is well underway with over 40 amazing and very enthusiastic people who are ready to take themselves outside their comfort zone, and resist temptation to do what it takes to stay focused and committed for the next 11 weeks. Already one week is down, only 11 to go........ Here are some goals that people are working on and doing what it takes to achieve it: * to make better nutrition choices * to lose 5 kg * to gain more muscle... * have more confidence in my body image * to get fitter * lose 10 kg * lose body fat * improve core strength * increase energy * to build some lean muscle * to stop smoking * to decrease body fat and increase muscle size * to lose some weight to stop aching knees * to lose a dress size * to feel healthier * to take time for myself to improve my health * want to feel more confident * to improve motivation As these motivated Warriors venture into week 2, they will be exercising the art of restraint, they will be treating their body with the respect it deserves, and they will be doing whatever it takes to ensure they are working towards achieving these goals. Anyone who would still like to join this committed group of people, its not too late. There are still three weeks of the September challenge left - do you need to work on building some strength and know how to do it using only your own body weight - this means you can do it in the comfort of your own home - then message us today to find out how you can join



24.01.2022 Week 2 of the challenge is down and so many people have committed to their 30 days of improving their strength using body weight exercises. Already people are realising they are capable of more than they ever imagined. With only 14 days into the challenge people have more than doubled their time for planks and wall sits, and increased their performance by 100% on exercises such as pushups, dips, pull-ups and sit-ups. These results show that consistency is they key for self improvement and progress. Congratulations to everyone who has stuck to their plan, and doing what it takes to reach your goals. You certainly are developing you Warrior mindset and doing yourself proud. This is a Saturday morning crew doing what it takes to get their challenges done for the day

03.01.2022 Congratulations to the 30+ people who signed up for the 'Spring into Summer Challenge' yesterday! Such an overwhelming response from an amazing group of committed individuals. The weeks ahead are very exciting for you all, and we are looking forward to doing everything we can to ensure you meet your goals! Already this newly formed tribe are supporting and encouraging each other, thank you Keiran this was just perfect! For anyone who hasn't signed up already, it isn't too late. The challenge officially starts on Tuesday September 1. Spring is almost here, I hope you are ready for it.....
