23.01.2022 Warrior Queen-Warrior Queen Family- a reminder to me, myself and I and all of you that when you are experiencing or travelling through your own journey, it can sometimes become overwhelming when the shift or change is occurring. I myself have lost great friends and family over time as I reclaim ME and step more into my authentic and true self. 17.01.2022 Warrior Queen - Warrior Queen Family sharing some vulnerabilities that came up for me this week. Massive triggers my reaction and straight back to my old coping or survival behaviours ... I was amazed at how quick my behaviours just went back to my defaults I was so amazed....
