25.01.2022 We received a call for this beautiful Koala who needed some assistance getting to his favourite tree, unfortunately he had a bit of trouble getting there as a barbed wire fence was in his path. We helped him down and released him on the other side. Check the comments to see his release

14.01.2022 Echidnas are on the move at the moment, they can leave their burrow and travel up to 10km in search for food. If you’re lucky enough to find one hiding in your back yard it is best to leave them alone and keep your pets inside. Echidnas will burrow themselves in the ground when they feel threatened, by leaving them alone and admiring them from a distance they will continue on their journey. Echidna’s have an amazing scent trail, much like a GPS! This is how they find their way home to their burrow so we never like to disturb or relocate them as they may loose that trail and be unable to return home to feed their puggles Rescuers will usually only attend to an echidna if it has been injured. So please enjoy their visit and give us a call if you are unsure.

12.01.2022 What an incredible effort from everyone! Thank you to ELS Environmental Location Systems for pairing up with Warriors 4 Wildlife, IFIX Truck Curtains and Fleetmark for the amazing design and install of the curtains. Keep an eye out for us on the road as we continue to deliver much needed supplies and hay to shelters and animals in need x

07.01.2022 This mother Brushtail Possum with joey were found in a back yard, we suspect she was injured by being hit by a car. Mum had swelling on her head and tried to walk but she would just flop onto her back and writhe in pain. She was taken to the vet and put on pain medication to help her get better and was in care with a specialised carer. Mum and her joey were also separated for a short time too so she could recover and surprisingly, she did Both mother and joey were successfully released together back home amongst the trees with lots of places to hide. What a strong Mum x
