If you are looking at knowing what you are about and challenging yourself, then go no further, this is the work that is needed in men now. I walk ... with a new solid internal foundation and a new personal code from which to build my future upon ... for the betterment of my loved ones, my community and ultimately myself.... I can see with much more clarity what it means to be man and how as a man, I can show up in this world as a warrior full of courage, compassion, strength and love. Just some of the words men have chosen to describe the impact of the work they have done with Warrior Within. 19.01.2022 In our advanced course at Warrior Within, we are currently exploring our true nature as both timeless and time-bound. A particle and a wave. We often refer to the work of Carlo Rovelli, a man who makes physics sound like poetry. The above and the below are from his book, The Order of Time. I am my mother’s caresses, and the serene kindness with which my father calmly guided me; I am my adolescent travels; I am what my reading has deposited in layers in my mind; I am my love...s, my moments of despair, my friendships, what I’ve written, what I’ve heard; the faces engraved on my memory. I am, above all, the one who a minute ago made a cup of tea for himself. The one who a moment ago typed the word memory into his computer. The one who just composed the sentence that I am now completing. If all this disappeared, would I still exist? I am this long, ongoing novel. My life consists of it. See more
