22.01.2022 There's bad news & good news. First with the bad news: we won't be paddling this Friday 27th on the Merri. The good news is we'll be in touch with our next twilight paddling date early next week! ... What do these babies have to do with kayaking. Nothing. But they sure are cute!

22.01.2022 G'day Paddlers, January is over so we are swinging back into the normal Term 1 routine which is twilight paddling on Wednesday nights. On the water at 5:30pm tomorrow night for those who want to loosen up after work. Looks like being a great evening to be on the water.... BJ

13.01.2022 Warrnambool Kayak Club Camping Weekend - Barwon Heads - June 8-11 Looking for expressions of interest for a Kayak Club camping weekend at Barwon Heads. A great opportunity for more experienced paddlers to do some training with a local squad and we're also hoping to accommodate beginners. Something for everyone! Please reply to this post before Easter so we can secure sites, cabins etc.

13.01.2022 The Warrnambool Kayak Club Comp squad combined with Bendigo Sprint Squad at Ballarat in the holidays for a training camp. Tim Altman from Australian Canoeing was the coach.

12.01.2022 Multisport & fitness paddling session - Merri River 9 March @ 11. The goal would be to do an out & back or interval session for around an hour. Run, Swim or MTB on either side. Due to the nature of this training session you need to be able to handle yourself in a boat and competently swim 100m. If you have any concerns or questions please send us a message.

11.01.2022 Twilight paddling starts next week Wednesday 12th of October at the Merri. We will be on the water and going by 5:30pm. People can opt for a float along the river or a training paddle that gets the heart rate up. So come along and join us after work and make the most of our beautiful environment!

09.01.2022 Multisport & fitness paddling session - Merri River 9 Feb @ 9:30. Join us on the second Saturday each Month of 2019 for a fitness paddling session. Location will vary and be posted here. The goal would be to do an out & back or interval session for around an hour. Run and/or MTB session on either side.... February session will be held tomorrow (9 Feb 2019) on the Merri - meet at the sheds ready to get on the water by 9:30 - paddle will run for approximately 60 minutes.
