11.01.2022 We would like to take this opportunity to provide our valued customers and suppliers with an update on our response to COVID-19. At this stage it is business as usual, we remain OPEN. Our first consideration is the Safety of our People and Customers. In response to the recommended Protocols for COVID-19, we are focusing on prioritizing the performance of essential services at our Stores. We encourage our Customers to reserve a service appointment ahead of visiting our Stores ...to reduce wait times. Stores will prioritize essential Customer services including but not limited to flat tyre repairs; replacement of tyres with low or unsafe tread; and Tyre air pressure maintenance. Non-essential Customer needs will not be performed at this time. Onsite service and agriculture service will still be available. Pick up and drop off service available. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are taking all precautionary measures to ensure the risk / spread of COVID-19 and are following guidelines sent out by health professionals and our government. Ensuring our staff maintain the highest personal hygiene standards, including regular washing of hands with soap and water, or hand sanitiser, where applicable. (Something people all around the world should be conducting through this trying time). We have informed our staff to NOT attend work if they experience flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing or sore throat. A limit of one customer inside the office at any one time has been put into effect and we ask that you respect this for every bodies own well being. We politely also ask that our customers and suppliers DO NOT visit our workplace if experiencing the above symptoms. Instead, please contact your local doctor or call the Coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398. Supply of product and work rate in our workshop has not been effected at this stage, and stock levels are high. Our on site service technicians have been restricted to only attend emergency breakdowns. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
