25.01.2022 We are BACK! Again As of this Wednesday 28th of October, we are back operating with 24/7 gym access and our class timetable will be running as normal! Bookings for classes are essential due to number restrictions - text 0417 645 322 to book. Face masks do not need to be worn during exercise but you MUST have one with you and wear it before and after exercising. ... Members MUST scan in with your membership card each time you enter the gym. This is essential and allows us to effectively track who has been in the gym. Saunas will not be in use for the time being. Please ensure you use the hand sanitiser on entry, bring your own towel, wipe down your equipment after use, and of course - stay home if you are feeling unwell. Signage will be around the gym informing you ofour covid safe practices please comply and our cleaning staff will also be cleaning multiple times throughout each day. Direct debit memberships will resume from this Friday 30th, and paid-in-full memberships will be adjusted accordingly. Unfortunately we will not be able to have any casual visitors at this stage, however we ARE taking on NEW members and they are very welcome. We will be staffed in the office TOMORROW from 12pm-3pm for any membership enquires. From Wednesday, office hours will resume as normal (Mon - Thurs 9am - 6pm, Fri 9am-5pm & Sat 9am-12pm). 16.01.2022 XMAS OFFICE HOURS & IMPORTANT MEMBER INFORMATION *Members who are on a ‘classes only’ membership will have access to the gym for your own workouts during the following hours: Monday - Fridays 5.45am-7.15pm & Saturdays 8.30am - 12pm (as long as you enter during these hours then you can stay for as long as you need) *The high altitude room will be accessible on Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th & Thursday 31st from 9am-12pm. *Casual gym sessions for non members are available fo...r $12 per session during staffed hours.
