25.01.2022 Brent's beast picked up a 57% power increase on low boost and clean afrs with a Warrtech custom engine and transmission remap on Friday. From 109kw on our accurate mainline 4wd dyno to 171.9kw. With our transmission remap economy will also be much better than stock. More power using less fuel is always a good thing. 23.01.2022 Warrtech custom engine and transmission remap in a 2020 200 series landcruiser. We are on the road testing for economy and torque converter lockup speeds. These are some of the best economy figures you will see from a vdj200r with 35" mud tyres. We can get better economy and more power with torque gains of 30% in this particular vehicle all with the dpfs still in place.

18.01.2022 2012 Toyota hilux 1kd-ftv gained over 60% power where you need it most with a Warrtech tune. This hilux is stock apart from a npc clutch and warrtech custom engine remap. The client requested good economy, reliability and of course a bit more grunt. So we kept the boost low and afr (air fuel ratio) close to standard. ... This beast will be heading up to Fraser Island in a few weeks to test out on the sand. 17.01.2022 If you haven't seen the inside of your standard Toyota Landcruiser v8 turbo diesel after 180000 k's then this is probably what it looks like. Don't fall for the trap of using cheap chemical on car egr cleaning unless you want this gunk going through your motor. Opt for a professional manifold out clean and save dollars in the long run. After cleaning we recommend a Warrtech tune to allivete these clogging issues. Warrtech offers a master tuning service with programming flexibility to meet your needs.

16.01.2022 Some healthy numbers from this Bullet Supercharged 1GR-FE on 35 ich tyres with a Warrtech Remap. Peaking at just over 6psi from the rotrex and cooled by a pwr water to air intercooler. The standard 5 speed transmission has also been remapped for firmer shifting and upgraded shift points to make use of the low rpm grunt.

16.01.2022 This extended Dmw 200 series landcruiser was brought in by Andrew with just over 140000ks on the clock. It's scary to see what is hiding inside a relatively low klm Toyota v8 twin turbo diesel powerplant. After a good scrub it was all clean and combined with a Warrtech Engine remap will not clog up like this ever again. While we were in the valley of the motor the starter was changed for a new genuine Toyota unit for reliability as its usually a 6 hr job to fit on its own.... All back together and this landcruiser was treated to a Warrtech engine and transmission remap with lockup switch function. With the extra grunt from the engine tune and precision calibration of the transmission tune 6th gear is now easily selected and usable on the highway. A Warrtech Transmission remap also allows the Torque convertor to lock up earlier increasing reliability by lowering transmission fluid temperatures. With the fuel saving benefits as well this is a must have for any 200 series landcruiser.

12.01.2022 Finally got a good video of what I've been working on for months developing the Warrtech transmission remap with lockup switch function. In addition to revised shift patterns we have seen economy get below 10litres per 100k avg on when combined with a engine remap. Not to metion the extra massive torque and power gains to go with.

11.01.2022 Jodie and Nathan's beautiful 200 series Landcruiser came in for some WarrTech loving this week. First up a vehicle pre check to make sure injector values, fuel and boost targets are within spec. Second up a manifold off egr clean. With an intake that dirty it makes it easy to spot boost leaks which were easily fixed. Once clean it was ready for the dyno.... In stock form power at all 4 wheels was 122kw and 425 nm. After a WarrTech stage 1 engine remap, power jumped by 46% to 178kw. Torque figures are up by 49% to 634nm. Last but not least was a transmission remap. This is a game changer as we now offer a unique torque converter lockup function that can be controlled via the push of a switch. No external modifications or lockboxes are required with a total programming solution designed and tested by WarrTech. In addition to the lockup function 6th gear is now able to be used on the highway at 100 kph as it should have been from factory. 09.01.2022 What a rig! Superior gvm upgraded 2020 cruiser in for a Warrtech engine and transmission remap. Drives like a dream now with the extra power. Even with the 35" tyres fuel economy is amazing. Ps. Video of the engine and transmission tune in action below in the comments.
