Food for breakfast lunch and dinner: Cheese and cracker packs. Three bean mix and tuna varieties. Cracker biscuits. Dried fruits. Small Tins of corn, beetroot, baked beans etc. camp pie. Do not keep left overs. We don’t want you getting sick. loaf of buttered bread/rolls. Small salt and pepper. Small sugar for cereals and cuppa tea. Coffee/tea and your own big mug. Take your mug in to roadhouse when you buy tea/coffee. Small bottle of Tomato sauce. Weetbix/cereal for room and trip. UHT milk. Bowl noodles. This should cost you about $30 - $40. 04.01.2022 What a wonderful day. HOWEVER It has been marred by the behaviour of some of those travellers on the coaches. This was to be a time remember and cherish for generations. We have had some feedback regarding the disruptive behaviour of passengers on the north bound charter service that arrived to Roebuck Plains Roadhouse yesterday.... There were grievances of arguments, fighting, foul language and passengers not cleaning up after themselves, where from 1 coach alone, 3 extra-large garbage bags of rubbish had to be removed. It is very disappointing that we have already had feedback from roadhouses where we stopped regarding the bad behaviour and language. In light of this behaviour we are going to make sure that the rules we have in place for all of our Express and Charter services are followed by passengers. If the terms and conditions of travel are not followed, we reserve the right to terminate the service for those not following the rules. I have listed our terms and conditions regarding passenger behaviour below for your reference: Passenger Behaviour Integrity Coach Lines reserves the right to refuse travel to a passenger who does not abide by a minimum dress standard of shirt, trousers/shorts/skirt and footwear. Intoxicated passengers may be refused travel, at driver discretion. Violent, disorderly and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and any person behaving in this way may be refused entry to the coach or may be removed from a service. Any costs incurred as a result of this action will be borne by the passenger. We have all put in a lot of hard work to make this charter happen and we do not want the actions of a few to diminish that, but we do need to make those people responsible for their own behaviour so that all passengers can travel comfortably. Can we ask that as a group, everyone is made aware of the rules before boarding our coaches again tomorrow at Roebuck Plains Roadhouse please. Our drivers will also make an announcement prior to leaving on the return service back to Perth and reinforce what you have already advised them. Let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to discuss any further.
