24.01.2022 The Warthog was designed and built in Western Australia by Mike Genders. Mike invented the original Cold Workshop Washers as a safer and cheaper alternative to the Hot Washers that can still be found in engineering and heavy equipment workshops. His design is simple and brilliant and involves a closed washer that removes residue with a cold recyclable degreasing agent rather than the conventional hot water and caustic process.
22.01.2022 Rather than hot caustic, the Warthogs wash with a room temperature Enviroclean Degreaseing Agent. High pressure pumps spray the degreaser onto metal and plastic parts scrubbing them spotlessly clean. The Enviroclean fluid will continue to wash dirty workshop equipment until it reaches saturation point. At this point the degreasing solution is exchanged for clean fluid. The oils, dirt and metals are recovered from the dirty fluid using a condensor, the recovered oils are sold and the decanted Enviroclean is then put back to work.
05.01.2022 There is a big difference between looking clean and being clean. Hot Workshop Washers leave an almost invisible film of caustic on equipment that can cause damaging wear to high performance engine parts. A Warthog Washer leaves the same equipment spotless.
