20.01.2022 Bit of an update on things as they stand. Well I am finally thinking of reopening. This is planned for December even if in a limited capacity. The dollies for the 28mm Australians in Service Dress are now with the mould maker. A teaser of the range is in the pic below. ... I am also talking with the sculptor about expanding the 28mm Australians for Kokoda and the new Japanese. The 20mm VC are also with the mould maker and I am talking with the sculptor about the next step in expanding this range. There is a heap of work to do to get the shop and everything in it ready, but I am actively starting the process and will keep you updated. Regards Mathew

19.01.2022 More work on the Aussies in Service Dress. By the time the store reopens I will have 28mm Australians for every threatre of the war. Many do not realise the Australians in Service Dress fought a wide range of opponents. ... Italians at Bardia, Germans including SS in Greece, Vichy French in Syria and German FJ in Crete. A truly unique force.

17.01.2022 Very early WIP of two Bren gunners who will be part of a specific Australian Kanga Force Commando pack that will be part of Wartime’s reopening. 10 figures including sticky bombs, 2 Bren and the rest with drum mag Thompson’s. They will represent Australia’s first commando operations. ... Supported by the expat New Guinea Rifles with their Lewis Guns this will give you the opportunity to collect a really unique force that struck blows against the Japanese in New Guinea from late 42 and into 43. More pics to follow.

17.01.2022 Some pics of the first batch of Aussies mustered up. There will be 4 riflemen packs each of 4 figures. There is even a left handed rifleman! 3 of the 4 packs will suit early pacific and desert as well. The 4th being more specific for Kokoda. ... Once I have masters in metal I will aim to do packs all in helmet for more generic British/commonwealth for the pacific and desert as well. Also pictured is Officer in WWI light horse gators, Lewis gunners and WIP Bren gunners. I hope you like them.
