18.01.2022 Good Morning. Today we have Botok Tahu Tempe (Tofu and Tempeh Botok). Botok is a traditional Javanese dish made from shredded coconut flesh, mixed with tofu, tempeh and spices then wrapped in banana leaf and steamed. It is commonly found in Central and East Java.
