18.01.2022 It has felt like an eternity but it felt so fantastic to sing our song yesterday! Well done to the Toowoomba Australian Football Club for the tough and fair contest. With those tricky conditions, another 5 minutes and the result could have easily turned. We can not thank our volunteers, supporters and sponsors enough for continuing to put in the long hours to help our club succeed. Another thank you has to go to the umpires which can often be a thankless job but we appreciate your efforts. So the week starting 1st of June we had 14 runners clock up 206.2km Last week looked to be a quiet one for everyone except Nick Donges who clocked of 60.1 km nearly half of our weekly total of 121km! Brad joining his 3 sons on the paddock and Rob joining his nephews! Unfortunately didn’t come away with the win and had a couple of injuries to go home with, however there was a great show of teamwork and mateship which will hold us in good stead for the remainder of the season. 04.01.2022 Alright Redbacks! Training is back starting tomorrow night for seniors at 6pm! Be dressed and ready to train before you get to training, (boots on at your vehicle). Then as soon as we are finished you need to leave. We will have a sign in book and hand wash available for everyone to use before and after training....
