22.01.2022 We put the apprentices to work over the weekend they thoroughly enjoyed it!

22.01.2022 One of our first jobs for the year at the beautiful Largs Bay We will update the exterior, add an extension, pergola and carport... looks like the boys enjoyed the demo side of things! Thanks to the guys at Level EarthworX and Ljuna Brothers for helping out with demo and pouring the slab.

20.01.2022 Hi it’s been a while between posts but we are still here! We have been working harder than ever behind the scenes during these unprecedented times With over 75,000 home seekers accessing the Home Builder scheme its caused a whirl of activity in the industry. This is great for the economy (and our fantastic clients who are eligible for either the 25k or 15k grant) but has also presented a variety of challenges.. all of which, we as a team, are rising to! We look forward to showing you some projects over the coming months!

16.01.2022 Jed and the team recently finished this extension which includes kitchen, bathroom, living, dining and laundry. The client has done a fantastic job with the selections. By using neutral tones the space looks fresh, clean and won’t date. The room can easily be updated or changed for minimum cost using furnishings, cushions, rugs and accessories. And how nice are the custom made cabinets and shelves More outside photos to come!

14.01.2022 This morning the government revealed a multimillion dollar plan to support the Home Building Industry. What you need to know about the Home Builder Program: it’s a 25k grant for substantial renovations (over 150k) or new homes (up to 750k) to be eligible an individuals income can be up to $125k, a household income up to $200k available for contracts signed from TODAY until 31st December 2020.... We will provide more information as it comes to hand but for the mean time, if you have been considering a Reno or new build, get in contact to have a chat! 06.01.2022 Check out this beauty! We tripled the living space by adding a master bedroom, ensuite, walk in robe, living and dining area and laundry! Finished off with a new roof, stone frontage and bull nose verandah paying homage to the beautiful farm home that has been passed down the family for generations.
