16.01.2022 Thank you for sharing #Washoku experience, @sensorysavours !! @little_itoshin is one of my favourite restaurant in #GoldCoast Tag @washokulovers to share your favourite Japanese food My first time to @little_itoshin in Miami and we both enjoyed it. The food was #oishii meaning delicious in Japanese. Top right is the Wasabi Salmon Tartare & Crackling - the crackling was the Salmon skin and so crispy like a cracker. ... Next down was my favourite Okinomiyaki which is kind of a Japanese savoury pancake. Bottom & the big picture is the Tuna Tataki which is Raw fish lightly seared on the outside which was delicious with the Sake I had. .. .. .. .. .. #littleitoshin #miami #japanesefoodstagram #sensorysavours #lightcapturer #queenslandfoodies #queenslandfoodie #japanesefood #japanesecuisine #japanesefoodlovers #japanesefoodporn #japanesefoodie #japanesefoodsyle #goldcoastjapanese #brisbanefoodie #brisbanefood #bsfoodies #gcfoodlovers #goldcoasteats #goldcoastfoodies #goldcoastfoodie #foodieofgoldcoast #goldcoastfood #gcfood #foodgoldcoast #goldcoastlocal #goldcoastfoodblogger See more

14.01.2022 nodaya is opening this Thursday! The marriage between a finely orchestrated dish and beverage can be pure chemistry. One cannot fully appreciate one without the other. Within the context of a restaurant, properly matched alcohol can be a delicately honed tool to bring out the subtle hidden flavours in a dish. Here at NODAYA, we continually consider the chemistry that the carefully selected beverages bring to the dishes we create. It would be our great honour to take you on a journey, a journey in which our finely selected beverages take our signature dishes to another dimension. https://washokulovers.com/restaurants/nodaya/
