12.01.2022 Congratulations to the connections of Just Not Listening, a four-year-old son of Widden Stud's Star Witness who the Washpool Lodge team sold at the Magic Millions 2YOs In Training Sale to Bryan Guy Racing, before he headed to the Hong Kong Jockey Club stable of John Moore. With two wins in Hong Kong, Just Not Listening appreciated the track surface to settle behnd the leader before pulling off his back mid-way through the race, maintaining his lead to take the win. As you will see by her pedigree she is by a stallion (Press Statement 1...st season sire) that stands for $27,500 and is out of a More Than Ready mare (Cupid Shuffle who was a $300,000 yearling), so after her racing days are over, we hope that there will be great residual value. A 5% Share - $2900 which includes the Magic Millions Race Series, breaking in, spelling, pre-training, vet, transport and a stable race prep. Everything has been paid up until June 1. She has now returned to Washpool Lodge and will be back in the stable in a few weeks for her 3rd prep. Only 25% remains of this filly.
