25.01.2022 Duct tape fixes every leak . This was a job attended this week where the original install was poorly, as you can see the mains water was sitting right under the tile over time this has rubbed through causing a hole in the pipe. The previous installer didn't want to put a bend and instead bent the pipe in once sweep to get this to happen the pipe had to sit higher this in turn caused it to rub on the tile and over time caused a hole. ... The damage caused to internal walls and eaves is costly for people, for the sake of one elbow and lowing a pipe. Always do you research when building new homes, enquire about material being used ie plastic or copper, understand the difference and benifits. I see this to many times where people opt for the quote $300 cheaper and as a result cheaper product is used or corners are cut. Do a job right the first time and have zero come backs, build for the future not for tomorrow.

23.01.2022 Out with the old in with the new This old unit was connected on a 15mm gas supply and starved of gas causing the owners constant problems. A new Bosch 10p was fitted with a full 25mm gas upgrade in the roof and 20mm feed to the new unit.
