Ehime Prefecture in Japan is well known for producing a variety of fresh, high quality citrus fruits. This is our exclusive first event, so you can now enjoy KANKITSU CITRUS from Ehime here in Melbourne. Five canapes using Iyokan citrus and Mugi Miso by Chef Ikuei Arakane (The Glass House in Tasmania) Signature Cocktails and mock tails by Fumi Tamura (Horse Bazaar in Melbourne) Enjoy beautiful photos of Ehime prefecture as well. 20.01.2022 Sake of the Month in January from Ehime Prefecture! Both of them are Junmai Daiginjo and $7. Yamatan Masamune (left)... This one has elegant aroma with a smooth taste and clean finish. The umami from the rice follows lightly in the aftertaste. Isizuchi (right) This is a hand made sake, with a slightly dry taste that matches our dishes.
