02.01.2022 Our Director Clare, along with the assistance of Assistant Strata Manager Kiara, has broke the record for chairing a strata annual general meeting with the biggest attendance in our companies history. With nearly 200 Owners and invited guests in attendance and our amazing ladies front and centre of it all, it surely was a nerve racking experience but also an exhilarating and rewarding one at the same time. One of the biggest tasks of a Strata Manager is arranging and general...ly chairing the annual general meetings for our Strata Companies. Some are large meetings and some are small but we all take pride in conducting these meetings, not matter the size. We travel from Perth and even all the way to Frankland River in the South West for these meetings, all throughout the year and get to meet so many amazing people! Great job Clare and Kiara
