16.01.2022 Selecting a builder for your project can feel like a pretty overwhelming process! The best place to start is to choose someone who your values align with and who you feel you could work with for the duration of your project, seamlessly and successfully. We recommend clearly defining your expectations of the builder prior to entering into a contract as well as their expectations of you. It’s important to take the time to sit down with your builder, define any opportunities or concerns you may have and ultimately discuss how they will deliver your dream home! These few things should make the process a lot simpler
