21.01.2022 To season or not to season is the age-old question Here at Waterbar & Grill, we don’t season our steaks. Instead, we prefer to let the flavour sing for itself. We simply salt them just before they go onto the grill. What’s so unique about our process is that we baste all of our steaks at the very end of the cooking process, to retain the integrity of the steak’s full flavour.

With everyone pulling together we have not only managed to survive, but have emerged stronger and better. 2021, with all of its uncertainties, lies ahead and we wanted to ensure that all our employees took a break from work during the Christmas period this year and return to work refreshed and ready for whatever 2021 decides to dish up for us.
