As per government directives, service will be restricted, and we will only be able to have 10 GUESTS in the venue at any given time.... We will be running with TWO set dining times for both lunch and dinner. LUNCH SITTINGS 12:00PM 2:00PM Please note the midday bookings are only available until 2:00pm. As we are restricted to 10 guests in the venue at any one time, the 2:00pm tables may not be ready at exactly 2:00pm. So, if you have a 2:00pm booking, please do not arrive at the restaurant prior to 2:00pm DINNER AITTINGS 6:00PM 8:00PM 6:00pm dinner sittings will be available from 5:30pm. We will require the tables back prior to 8:00pm. As we are restricted to 10 guests in the venue at any one time, the 8:00pm tables may not be ready at exactly 8:00pm. So, if you have an 8:00pm booking, please do not arrive at the restaurant prior to 8:00pm. As we have very limited seating, BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. Please give our friendly team a call on (07) 4099 5544 to book. Bookings won’t be accepted through Facebook. We will be implementing all of the Queensland Health directives to ensure best practice with regards to Covid-19. We understand that some of the new procedures may not be the same hospitality as we are used to, but please bear with us while we comply with mandatory guidelines, and we will do our best to recreate the Watergate experience that you have come to know and love. So unfortunately we will be from until further notice. ... As soon as we are allowed to open, we will!
