21.01.2022 Grateful for this life

13.01.2022 If you never try, you will never know could you live with that?

06.01.2022 Warming foods have the effects of raising the Yang energy (Qi) of organs by warming and improving the circulation and dispelling the cold. . These types of food are suitable for people who are Yang Qi deficient. People who have heat conditions, in Yang Qi excess should avoid or have minimal of these types of warming foods. .... To confuse you some more . Even though a hot/warm drink is ‘hot’ in temperature doesn’t mean it’s ‘hot’ in nature. It’s actually ‘neutral’ in nature, which is great to have all the time (it’s uses up less of your own vital energy to process). Unlike cold water it takes up more vital energy to heat its cool nature back up to digest. See more

06.01.2022 In Chinese Medicine, a woman’s menstrual cycle is governed by the Yin organs in specific the Kidney, Heart, Uterus and which are assisted by the Spleen and Liver which make and store Blood. Both menstrual Blood and all other Blood in the body are precious fluids; however, menstrual Blood stems directly from the Kidney (Essence and Water). A regular, healthy menstrual cycle and fertility depend on the vitality of the Kidney and Heart, specifically Kidney Essence (Jing)and Hea...rt Blood. Women are more prone to Blood Deficiency as they lose blood every month. Jing (Kidney Essence) supports Kidney Yin and Kidney Yang which regulate the menstrual cycle - but if it's insufficient then menstruation will not happen. If Kidney Qi is deficient, then the meridian channels won't have optimal Qi & Blood levels and thus menstrual issues (irregular, amenorrhea) and/or infertility will arise. PMS symptoms like fatigue, a feeling of heaviness, cramping in the legs, cramping in the abdomen, emotional disorder, headaches, bloating, breast tenderness, foul-smelling discharge and severe pelvic pain are abnormal symptoms and usually indicate stagnation of Qi and/or Blood.
