20.01.2022 This is a sewer repair that was done today. Tree roots had broken the pipe, dislodging the joins and cracking the surface. The affected section was taken out and replaced with PVC.

14.01.2022 DRAIN CAMERA + LOCATOR COMBO This property has drainage issues. The blockage was caused by a crushed pipe. In order to find the problem, the camera is placed into an inspection and opening and pushed all the way to the affected area. Once found, the locator is then switched on to find the drain camera underground as it sends out signals. We are then able to mark out where the problem is and it allows us to do as little excavating as possible to repair this issue.

05.01.2022 Here is a picture of an old shower tap washer that has been over tightened and has been stripped compared to a new washer. Always make sure you are not overtightening your taps to shut off the water. If you need to over tighten the taps in order for the water to shut off it’s already too late and the taps need servicing.
