16.01.2022 Dear Valued Clients, We reach out to reassure you that our Venue Waters Edge Scarborough is business as usual at this time of uncertainty, we continue to offer you our hospitality services for a wide range of your event needs, and our chefs, waitstaff and managers across our establishment are here to support you. We have taken the extra necessary steps to implement precautionary measures throughout the venue, including disinfecting restrooms, door handles, doorways, tableto...ps, chairs and all flat surfaces every hour of your event. We have placed staff upon entry to your event with hand sanitiser at the ready with it readily available to your guests throughout the venue, and placed extra antibacterial hand washes in our restrooms. We adhere to a strict wellness policy for all our employees and enforced that all staff to stay at home if they are showing any signs of illness. Records are kept on premise should staff be unwell, and they are required to obtain a doctors certificate to show they are fit for duty before returning to work. We will closely monitor the advice and recommendations from government and expert health officials and act accordingly and keep you well informed.
