25.01.2022 Ok Guys, Just a little warning. A good customer of WEJS brought in some pure gold "minted" 1oz ingots from the Perth Mint that he had purchased online from another gold seller. These ingots were perfectly presented and looked 100% real. ... However upon preparing them to be alloyed from pure gold to 18ct the properties of the ingots reacted unlike pure gold should. This made us suspect a major issue. We took the second ingot from its package and cut it in half. The results blew me away! All ingots were fake and possibly not even a low grade gold. the entire core of each ingot was a base metal with a thin layer of pure gold on the outside. Please take note people that purchasing items online or not from reputable sources has massive risks in a day and age where forgery is big business. After some investigation we found that these ingots are still being sold today for the same price as a real pure 99.99% gold ingot. So in summary please ask yourself this "is it really worth it?" Because in this case it's cost our client thousands of dollars that they will probably never see again. Don't get caught the same and call us for any diamond, precious stone, precious metal or pearl sales. Keep it real! Literally! Cam P.s.
