22.01.2022 Where new meets old. This cottage is one of the old workers cottages that dates back to when Balgowlah was covered in cows and farmland. The semi was constructed from off form coke-ash walls with the odd sandstone rock thrown in + 9 gauge wire in the corners. Its been a complicated build due to the brittle nature of the old walls, but we are just about there. Here u can see our master renderer blending the old walls into the new. #mastercraftsman

21.01.2022 Today we started setting up for this major Reno in Balgowlah. The home dates back to when Balgowlah was dairy farmlands, this was one of the staff cottages. Its an exciting project designed by Corrado Palleschi with a great level of detail in drawings. #offformconcrete, #ritekwallsystem,#polishedconcretefloors,#watchthisspace
