12.01.2022 It’s all in the preparation . When walls are powdery .. prepare sand and strip . Coat every thing with enamel base primer tinted to top coat colour for better coverage . Then apply top coats in satin . Don’t fill all gaps in boards as they need airation . Gap wall corner joins, eave quads in most cases 2 coats of oil base primer is required especially when house is near to salt water.

11.01.2022 Repair wood rot in window . Dig out rot , sand window . Clean and apply boncrete , then primer. Fill holes with quality wood filler when dry sand and prime then gloss.

01.01.2022 Client wanted the window to match the other newly built one. So I removed the windows took out the glass, removed the lower timber rail, used that timber rail to rip down and cut the centre pieces. Got new glass installed and siliconed the decorative pieces into place to create a new look.
