20.01.2022 Here’s what you need to know about masks and exercising in Greater Brisbane. You need to wear a mask when you’re exercising indoors, for example at a gym, but y...ou can remove your mask when you’re out of breath or puffing. You do not have to wear a mask indoors if you are doing strenuous aerobic exercise such as high-intensity interval training, cycling, running or team sport. If you’re exercising outdoors, you must carry a mask with you at all times.

17.01.2022 Finally we are back up and running with computers and phone access!! Thank you to everyone for their patience over the last 5 days. Please note that all visitors to the Centre are now required to check in by scanning a QR code on your phone - as of Wednesday this is now a QLD government requirement.

17.01.2022 URGENT NOTICE: We have been advised that the Aquatic & Fitness Centre has to close from 6pm tonight (Friday 8th January) until 5am Tuesday 12th January as Greater Brisbane (including Ipswich council area) enter a 3 day COVID lockdown. ALL group fitness classes and Learn to swim classes due to resume on Monday are cancelled.... Any updates affecting reopening will be posted here on our FB page.

16.01.2022 LEARN TO SWIM and GROUP FITNESS CLASSES will finish on Sunday December 20th 2020 & recommence on Monday January 11th 2021. This will give our LTS & Fitness instructors, LTS families and Gym clients a three week break over the festive and peak holiday time.

16.01.2022 APOLOGIES TO ALL OUR AQUA AEROBICS FAMILY - unfortunately Yasmeen is away tonight and we have been unsuccessful in finding another instructor. You are more than welcome to come in and do your own exercises, swim or water walk.

15.01.2022 School Swimming commences today - Monday 24th May. Every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 9.30am - 1.30pm until June 16th. Kidz Club will NOT be open on Monday's for 4 weeks as Miss Paula is teaching on Monday's in the school program.

15.01.2022 PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor pool (25m section with dive blocks) will be CLOSED on Friday 8.45am - 2pm for a school swim carnival. We also have school break up functions happening throughout this week and early next week (school hours) so there will be limited access to certain areas of the outdoor area during those times.... School swimming for term 4 finished last Thursday so the indoor pool is available Monday - Friday 5am - 3.15pm. Please ensure that all under 15's are accompanied to the pool by a supervising adult (over 18) at all times.

NON-MEMBERS: 6pm, Tuesday evenings. Please remember that we are implementing a booking system to ensure that we can maintain social distancing and provide a Covid safe environment for everyone. 08.01.2022 BOOKINGS FOR WEDNESDAY 6PM ZUMBA: Starting Monday the 21st of Sep, bookings will be essential for Wednesday night ZUMBA at 6pm due to the high number of participants. Bookings can only be made 24 hours prior to the start of the class this will be capped at 17 attendees. This will ensure that we can maintain social distancing and provide a Covid safe environment for everyone.... 08.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: Hi All, From 6pm this evening (11/01/21), the gym (GYM ONLY) will reopen to our members (however there will be no group fitness classes). Standard members will be able to use the gym between 6pm-8pm today & ongoing for 24 hour members. The pools will be closed until Tuesday (12/01/21).... Masks will be mandatory while in the centre under strict regulations from the QLD government. If you do not wear a mask, you will be denied access. We are also required to observe the 4 square metre rule within our centre. Pool & Gym opening hours will resume as normal on Tuesday (12/01/21) at 5am. Learn to swim, Squad & Group fitness classes will also resume on Tuesday. Thank you for your cooperation during this challenging time and for helping us provide a covid safe environment for all our clients and staff.
