Introducing "The Grapefruit Tonic" a grapefruit, juniper ...and mixed Berry kveik kettle sour. 60kg of grapefruit juice and zest, 25kg of mixed berries and a splash of juniper is the perfect "tonic" this summer! We had a blast creating this with the Watsacowie team, sampling each others brews as we did the Viking war shout pitching the Kveik yeast.
