15.01.2022 Coldest May Day since 2000 today. We often see neck pain and upper thoracic pain as the weather turns cold. Theory being that we are trying to huddle in the blankets to stay warm. Try a beanie, you’ll be amazed how much warmer you’ll be. So much warmth escapes through our heads!

04.01.2022 Can I have some of that cool Tattoo tape? I often get asked! Other than the cool pattern Dynamic Tape acts mechanically like a spring to strongly decelerate or assist motion to improve movement patterns. This can help to reduce load on injured or overworked structures like a muscle strain, ankle sprain, tennis elbow or plantar fasciitis and can assist where weakness is present e.g. after ACL repair to address risk factors associated with pain or re-injury. Really handy stuff!
