07.01.2022 Amazing news - Group Rehab is returning on Monday the 9th of November!! We know everyone is very eager to get back in the gym, but please be patient with us as there is lots to be done! If you are new to group rehabilitation, please book in an initial assessment, which will be followed by 3 one-on-one sessions.... For those previously completing group rehab, please read the below points before getting in contact with us: - Everyone is required to book in a reassessment with their physio before securing a spot. Exceptions: Anyone currently completing one-to-one sessions or seen in the last month. - Class sizes are being limited to 4 to comply with social distancing and allow for cleaning. - The timetable has changed - it will be first in, best dressed. - Classes will be capped at 40 minutes, allowing for cleaning and minimal contact between classes.
