10.01.2022 You think it, we think it and now the Federal Government agrees...we are an essential service! The Minister for Agriculture released a statement on Friday night stating: The Federal Government considers the role of veterinarians essential to the agricultural sector and therefore to our nation’s food security but also in protecting companion animals and our nation’s wildlife. This means that our doors are open for business but we still need to maintain social distancing and ...hygiene practices. We ask that you help us with this by: Not coming into the clinic unless necessary Making an appointment Calling us from the carpark when you arrive Only having one owner attend the clinic Using the hand sanitiser provided Standing behind the line at the reception desk Making orders for food/medication over the phone Entering through the door by the steps and exiting via the ramp (door next to reception desk) Not attending the clinic if you are suffering from flu-like symptoms, have returned from overseas in the past 14 days, have tested positive for the Corona virus, or have had any close or casual contact with any person who has tested positive for the Corona virus. We understand that the above measures are not possible for all our clients to follow but we ask you do what you are able. Staff have also introduced new regular cleaning and disinfection routines using products that are considered effective against the Corona virus. By adhering to these extra precautionary measures you will be helping reduce the risk of infection to yourself, other clients and our staff. We thank-you for your understanding and assistance during this very unusual time. If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment please call the clinic on 9432 7207

08.01.2022 There's no way to even begin to imagine what those affected by these fires are going through. Times like this are when the community spirit that Australians are known for shines through. The small part we play in this disaster will help - every donation counts. Our thoughts and prayers are with those people and animals who have been affected.
