07.01.2022 What a great way to cap off a great year of fun with our horses - our annual Games Day and Christmas Party!! With everyone so busy at this time of the year we o...nly had 6 riders but they put on a great afternoon's entertainment for those who came along to watch - and all the riders enjoyed the games too. Tony left Bailey (aka The Games Master) at home so that young Sonic could have a run - and while Sonic put in a solid performance, it was left to Maurice and good old Rosie to give us a masterclass this year!! But while Rosie turned on the speed to take out Overall Champion all the horse and rider teams put in a great effort! Kate and Blitz and Tony with Sonic also racked up plenty of points and Mark, Jen and Julie focused on having fun and getting through each new challenge- picking up a point or few along the way. Jen and Woody were proud to recieve the Encouragement Award. As the sun went down the horses were put up and out came the celebration food and drinks for a lovely evening of socialising around the BBQ, joined by a few more members and some family members as well. To finish off the evening (and this year) Tony was pleased to present the Presidents Trophy - for outstanding service to the club- to Cindy in appreciation for her very effective efforts in securing several financial grants to help put on some major club events during the year! Without Cindy's efforts the club would not be in the position we are in today- Thank You Cindy! And there was one last presentation - a big Thank You to Eileen whose yummy cakes and slices are always enjoyed at the end of our rides as well as all our special events. Thanks to Kate and Tony for setting up and organising the fun for the afternoon - and Rachel and Karen did a great job with the time keeping and recording!

03.01.2022 What's happening in #Cowra this #AustraliaDay? Check out the 2020 program! It's full of activities for the whole family!
